With 1100 build-to-rent and affordable apartments across both sites, the scheme will make a significant contribution to stemming the housing shortage in Wandsworth.

The project provides a new station square for Wandsworth Town Station, as well as connections to allow more direct, straightforward pedestrian access to the River Thames.
